What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard through our secure payment gateway, your details are encrypted with same level of security banks use. We also accept payment by PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
This depends on your location. We aim to post your order within 2-3 working days, however as we use Royal Mail to post your order, we cannot guarantee when your order will be delivered.

Can I return items if they are unsuitable?
Yes, we operate a "no hassle" returns policy. If your item is unsuitable in any way we will exchange or refund the full cost of the product. The item must not be used or worn. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use regular post (Royal Mail, An Post, etc) and obtain a Proof of Delivery. It's summer, what wrap should I buy?
For summer we have the Pure Cotton Wrap which is available in 0-3 month and 3-6 month sizes. Alternatively if you are in a sunny climate, or for a bigger baby we recommend the Summer Sun Protection wrap, which offers UPF30+ protection. It is available in sizes up to 12 months, in a range of colours. The Original Polar Fleece Wrap (available in 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12 month sizes) is great as a footmuff, and you can store it in your nappy change bag, if the weather turns bad or on your way home on a cooler summer evening.
It's autumn, what wrap should I buy?
For the cooler months we recommend either the Original Polar Fleece Wrap (available in 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12 month sizes) or for a wetter, colder weather the Extreme / Snow Suit Wrap which has two layers, an outer water resistant layer and an inner polar fleece layer to keep baby warm and snug. The latter is available in sizes up to 18 months.
How to wear the Bug in a Rug? What should I put underneath the baby wrap ?
Depends on the age and dexterity of your baby, small babies who do not move their arms much, are fully covered like the image attached
Older babies who move alot bring out their arms to control their own temperature, we would recommend that you put a warm sweater or vest on your baby underneath the wrap , sufficient to keep your baby warm when inside, or when they move their arms around. Still have a question? |
